The programme supported new hospital openings, acquisition uplift, and operational stabilisation across multiple sites. Newpark redesigned clinical pathways, improved patient flow, strengthened theatre utilisation, enhanced governance structures, and built leadership capability across diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
