The Project
This was a multi-phased project over a 5 year period. The initial project was to review the clinical and operational capability of a private hospital group with a view to assisting them with their plans to expand.
The Task
- To review the clinical and operational capability of the group.
- To make and implement recommendations to enhance the capability
of the group. - To implement changes across the group.
- To prepare plans for 2 new 300 bed multi-disciplinary hospitals.
- To assist with the acquisition of two new 200 bed hospitals in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The Result
- Review completed and recommendations implemented.
- All plans prepared and implemented for two new hospitals over a 4 year period.
- Both hospitals were delivered and opened on time.
- Two new hospitals were purchased in Indonesia. We assisted with the acquisition process and we developed and implemented plans to enhance the clinical and operational delivery programmes for each hospital.
