Children’s Health Ireland is delivering one of Europe’s most ambitious paediatric digital transformation programmes, implementing a comprehensive Electronic Health Record (EHR) across 39 clinical specialties and all major care pathways. The programme spans three legacy hospitals and the new €2.24 billion New Children’s Hospital — Ireland’s first fully digital public hospital.
Newpark was engaged to provide strategic leadership, specialist expertise, and programme assurance during a critical phase of delivery.
