Brian Flood

Brian Flood is the Chairman of Newpark Healthcare and has been at the heart of the organisation since its establishment in 1985. With four decades of international experience, he has advised governments, ministries of health, healthcare providers and private sector organisations on the planning, development and commissioning of hospitals across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. 

His expertise spans hospital strategy, healthcare planning, operational commissioning and the successful implementation of complex healthcare projects. He is a firm believer that successful healthcare transformation depends on effective implementation as much as sound strategy.

Throughout his career, Brian has worked with both public and private sector clients, giving him a deep understanding of the different priorities, challenges and governance requirements that shape healthcare delivery. He is recognised for his ability to analyse complex situations, develop practical, evidence-based solutions and provide clear strategic advice that delivers lasting value.
