Lindsey Hasken is a highly experienced healthcare transformation leader with more than 19 years’ experience delivering complex digital health programmes across Europe and North America.

A former Epic Implementation Director, she has led large-scale electronic health record (EHR) implementations, transformation initiatives, testing programmes and revenue cycle optimisation projects for leading academic, paediatric and national healthcare organisations. Lindsey combines deep technical expertise with a practical understanding of clinical operations, helping organisations successfully manage change, reduce risk and improve patient and staff experiences. She is recognised for her collaborative leadership, strategic thinking and ability to deliver complex programmes from planning through to successful go-live.
