Teresa Wilson

Teresa Wilson is a senior healthcare executive, Registered General Nurse (RGN), and Commissioning Consultant with over 30 years’ international experience in healthcare management, digital transformation, hospital commissioning, and the delivery of complex healthcare programmes across Ireland, the Middle East, and Europe.

She has extensive expertise in operational readiness, health informatics, logistics, facilities management integration, stakeholder engagement, and programme governance, leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives that improve patient care and organisational performance.

As a Commissioning Consultant with Newpark Healthcare supporting Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) on the New Children’s Hospital Programme, Teresa works closely with the CHI Commissioning and Estates, Facilities Management and Support Services (EFMS) teams to develop and implement the operational logistics framework required to safely commission one of Europe’s largest and most complex healthcare facilities.
