Maria is a dedicated and enthusiastic clinical professional with over 30 years senior management experience gained in Europe and the Middle East. She is an expert in hospital management and delivering clinical and support services.

Maria’s clinical expertise ranges over a variety of disciplines. Her vast array of skills have been applied to project management and hospital commissioning challenges. She has consulted on hospital feasibility, scope of service review and service selection, hospital design, equipment planning, ICT Planning, manpower planning and hospital design. She has developed and implemented hospital accreditation programmes.

Maria has undertaken and led hospital joint venture programmes. She has analysed, designed and led hospital re-designation programmes. Maria understands, appreciates and can manage the cultural sensitivities that present in different territories and countries. She has a unique ability to evaluate, develop and implement newly conceived and appropriate procedures that will enhance and improve the standards of care delivered to patients.
