Olive has over 30 years’ international experience in professional healthcare. She is a clinical and hospital operations expert. She has held senior positions including Project Director, Programme Director and Advanced Nurse Clinician for international organisations.

Olive has collaborated with key stakeholders at national and international level. She has worked in the private sector with government ministers and senior civil servants. She is a result driven leader of boundless energy and enthusiasm.

Her ability to manage and enhance all facets of operations and clinical care is world class. Olive’s Key focus has been programme design, management, critical evaluation and implementation.

She is expert in hospital commissioning with a view to JCI (Joint Commission International) and JCAHO (Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organisations) and Accreditation Canada International accreditations.
